Introduction
Welcome to Remodart Corp. These Contractor Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and the relationship between you (the customer) and us (Remodart Corp.). You agree to these Contractor Terms and Conditions in full by using our services.
Services Provided
Remodart Corp. offers general contracting services including but not limited to:
- Siding
- Decking
- Gutters
- Roofing
- Home remodeling (kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)
- Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided by Remodart Corp. are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Estimates are subject to change based on the actual assessment of the job site. Final quotes are provided after an in-depth evaluation and are binding once accepted by the client.
Contracting
Clients will enter into a formal contract with Remodart Corp. before any work begins. The agreement will outline the scope of work, costs, timeline, and other essential terms specific to the project.
Payment Terms
Payments are due in stages, with a deposit upfront to secure the services. The remaining payments will be structured according to milestones or upon completion of the project. Details will be specified in the individual contract.
Change Orders
After the contract has been signed, any changes to the scope of work must be made in writing and may incur additional charges. Based on the requested changes, Remodart Corp. will provide a revised quote and timeline.
Warranty
Remodart Corp. provides a warranty for all labor and materials used in the project, valid for five years from completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under regular use. This warranty may also vary depending on the specific service provided.
Liability
Remodart Corp. is insured and bonded. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from our services. Liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the project.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to the services provided by Remodart Corp. shall be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration, following local laws.
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the contract terms are breached. Financial obligations incurred before termination will remain in force.
Governing Law
These Contractor Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state or country in which Remodart Corp. operates.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Contractor Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and effective immediately after you post them.
